Offered Houses
We offer you in total 6 single family dwelling houses. At the moment we offer two buildings on the mini housing estate (which will consist of 6 houses). Each of the objects has its description in the side section.
During this year on spring we are planning to start building two other buildings, first of them will be the part of mini housing estate and second will be located near Szafirków Street. The next two buildings will be located near Czeremchowa Street and they will be finished on late autumn 2011.
Each of offered houses is built according to the highest standard and the newest UE standards. In every building we have designed and made connections to water, electricity, gas, sewage system.
All the materials are of the best quality and manufactured only by renowned companies. We do our best to build houses for many generations as you may be sure that you have made a right choice.

Important notes
The prices of houses and building plots located in Baiłołęka district are cheaper than prices of estates located in the other parts of Warsaw. We checked them, those are prices that do not includes costs of providing all utilities to the building, which has to be designed and installed . Our offer of building plot includes desing of the building, building permission. Our offer of the house includes developer's design of building. Location and driveway to the estate should be considered while analysing the the price of the estate. Our mini housing estate is located 50 m to the shop, 350 m to the supermarket, bank, doctor, hairdresser, cosmetician. Thre are many shools with the swimming pools in the neighbourhood. Many buses, fast train, trams or underground are very close to the peole living there.Our housing estate is the ideal place to live - surrounded by forests. There are many walking paths ideal for long walks. Comfortable driveway to the centre plays also an importnat role. You can live near the city centre and at the same time enjoy the pease, beautiful surroundings.
Technical description of housing estate land development
Entrances to estates will be located in a form of wickets and gateways designed near drive ways, from Czeremchowa Street to both buildings 1A and 1B, from Szafirków Street to 1D and from a Kaliny Street to buildings 1F, 1G, 1H. It is indicated on the attached map. Forays and pedestrian crossings are designed for buildings. Parking places for passenger cars are expected in garages and appointed parking places, 2 parking places for each dwelling house. Sewage disposal to pressurized city sewage system. Water supply from city water system. Gas supply from ground gas system. Electric energy supply from cable line . Telephone from cable line from TPSA. Central gas heating. Storm sewage disposal up to users.
Areas around the houses are designed for land development of single family buildings not higher than 10 m above the ground level according to Local Site Plan of Housing Estate DÄ…brówka Szlachecka dated 21st March 2006 .
Trade reference
At the moment 2 buildings ready for sale - 1H and 1G are at our dispose. Both buildings 1E and 1 D have been already developed and the other buildings starting with 1F and C will be ready for receipt from January 2009 .
You could get more detailed information only by visiting our company building site. All the agreements will be signed during performance of the transaction.
We prefer a reservation agreement up to 30 days with symbolic 10% payment in advance. Than we prefer preliminary agreement for people taking a bank loan or general agreement in notary’s office. We will consider also your proposition of payment form.

As you can see - we start building and sales starting from the forest, building 1H and we finish on building 1A close to the
Czeremchowa Street.
